De vacature Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work as a contractor for approx. 1 year. Based in Haarlem, you will be working for an International Engineering Company.

Job description:

  • Provides administrative support in a team environment
  • Works closely with the team, with minimum of supervision, handling any and all administrative responsibilities as assigned
  • Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: schedule management, phone coverage, meeting coordination, report preparation, assembling documents, etc.
  • General office duties including faxing, mail distribution, creating and maintaining department files
  • Collect offers and expedite suppliers for the bids
  • Issue, distribution, administration and filing of Requests for Quotations and Purchase Orders
  • Other duties as assigned.

Wat verwachten wij van een Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • Full time – 40 hours a week
  • Proficient in standard software used in word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, e-mail file management/storage and database management (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Access)
  • Basic interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a similar job
  • Superior organizational skills, judgment and flexibility
  • Accurate execution
  • Fluent in English
  • Team Player
  • Flexible attitude
